Douglas Williamson
1937-2013
Douglas Reginald Williamson, 76, of Havelock, passed away Monday, December 2, 2013 at home.
Born in Moncton he was the son of the late Gerald and Hazel (Prowse) Williamson. Douglas was a retired purchasing agent for PotashCorp, NB. He attended Havelock Wesleyan Church and was a member of the Shepody Fish and Game Association, NB Wildlife Federation and Miramichi Salmon Association.
Survived and sadly missed by wife Juliette Crosby-Williamson; his children Gerald (Nancy) of Salisbury, Wayne (Jean) of Saint John, Brian (Heather) and Pamela Jardine (Kevin) both of Riverview; step-children Michelle Marr-Gilmore (Jim) of Steeves Settlement and Lisa Roberts (Robert) of Porters Lake, NS; brother Gerald of Vancouver; twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
There will be no service as per Doug's request. Visiting will be Sunday, December 8, 2 - 4 p.m. at the Havelock Wesleyan Church. Arrangements are in the care of Salisbury Funeral Home and Crematorium (372-4800).
If desired, donations to the Parkinson Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
